The first thing to know, is unlike the UK, Real estate agents in Spain work together, we share, market and sell each properties, we're not traditional estate agents, instead we provide a complete property consulting service.
Each estate agent in Spain has access to every property on the market!!
This means you only need to contact one company, one company can do everything for you, they can show you every property that you're interested in.
However, if you make multiple enquiries/contact multiple companies online, this can create problems for you when you come to visit and arrange viewings!.
How?
- Once you send an enquiry/request info, you'll be automatically registered with the estate agent who's advertising the property.
- When you're registered with an agent, nobody else can you show you that companies properties - meaning the more companies you contact, the more appointments you'll need to make.
- Just because an agent is advertising a property, it doesn't mean it's their listing, this can cause lots of confusion when you come to view & can create problems for you to actually view the property!
- The more companies you contact - the more companies will contact you, this can cause confusion on who you're dealing with.
- We all have access to the same pool of properties, which means you'll be sent the same properties repeatedly.
- Contacting multiple companies can actually result in you not being able to see the entire list of properties you're interested in!
To summarise, the more companies you contact, the more enquiries you send, the harder your search will become.

- If you find your dream property, we can help you to get the best deal & if required, introduce you to independent, English speaking solicitors.
